Jordan Peisner, a 14-year-old from West Hills, was leaving a Wendy's on December 2nd when a boy he didn't know sucker-punched him in the head.
He suffered a large blood clot in the brain, a concussion, a skull fracture, and hearing loss from the attack.
As a result, he can no longer play sports or skateboard, which is his life's passion.
His father, Ed Peisner, is working with Assemblyman Matt Dababneh (D-Encino) to create "Jordan's Law," which would penalize people who knowingly record a crime and share it online for entertainment purposes.
Video of Jordan's attack was posted to Snapchat, and two teens have been arrested for the attack, the third teen who took the video has not been arrested.
"Jordan's Law" would go after the person who recorded the crime, just like a robbery get-away driver gets punished for his role in a robbery.
