Third London terrorist identified

London police have identified the third assailant of the London Bridge attack as 22-year-old Youssef Zaghba, an Italian of Moroccan descent. Zaghba was placed on a security watch list by Italian police in March 2016 after being stopped at Bologna Airport for having extremist material on his cellphone. Officials believe he was headed for Syria, but they were not allowed to arrest him because 'having extremist material on a phone isn't against the law in Italy.' The Metropolitan Police Service in London says Zaghba was not a "person of interest" before Saturday's attack.
