A man on the Texas Top 10 Most Wanted list is in police custody in the Los Angeles-area. The LAPD says they got a tip from police in Dallas letting them know Christopher Ricardo Gonzales was in the area and to be on the look out. Officials say Gonzales and a buddy were hanging out in a car early this morning. Gonzales is wanted for murder, and when he spotted the cops he sped off.
The car ended up crashing and the two men tried running, but a couple of police dogs quickly caught up to them. Gonzales was taken to a local hospital to be treated for dog bites. His friend has not been identified and his condition has not been released.
