Zombie Passenger Forces JetBlue to Make Emergency Landing

A JetBlue flight from LA to NY was forced to make an emergency landing in Las Vegas because a male passenger would not stop biting his seatmates.

Passengers on the flight say that somewhere over Utah, the Sunday flight was interrupted after the man began biting his seatmates – whom he knew – and hitting others nearby. Doctors who were onboard attempted to examine the passenger but also were the subject of attack. One passenger decided to take matters into his own hands and tried to restrain the suspect:

“I grabbed his hands behind his back and held him there while the flight attendants put the restraints on him,” said a man who asked to only be identified as Tom. “At that point, he started yelling and tried to come towards the flight attendant, behind me, at the time. I really had a hell of a time keeping him in place there.”

After landing in Las Vegas, the suspect was escorted off the plane and into police custody. The flight ultimately made it to New York with no further drama.
