CA GOP Voters Slide To "No Party Preference"

The number of California voters who choose no party preference is double what it was 20 years ago.  The "Orange County Register" reports that state numbers show the shift has taken the biggest bite out of Republicans.  Those opting out of a choice have increased by 13-percent in two decades, while GOP numbers have decreased by about eleven-percent.

Democrats outnumber Republicans in California by 44-percent to 25.  "No party preference" now holds 25-percent of the voters in the state.
