Dog Saves Man From Sex-Crime Conviction

Talk about man's best friend!

An Oregon plumber serving a 50-year prison sentence for a 2012 sex-crime that he maintains he didn't commit was freed thanks to a black Labrador named Lucy.

Joshua Horner was convicted for the sexual abuse of a minor, during the trial, the complainant testified Horner had killed her dog to prove he was serious in his threat about her not going public.

The Oregon Innocence Project took up the case and managed to track down the four legged evidence, alive and well, living with another family across the state.

Horner walked out free on Monday and says he and his wife are now looking to "pick up the pieces of our lives."
