Measure EE Special Election Mail-In Ballots Confusing Seniors

It's not really a shock to us that the Los Angeles Unified School District is messing up.

The mail-in ballot is confusing seniors.

In case, you didn't remember. John and Ken want you to vote NO on Measure EE.

If Measure EE is passed, that means would authorize the Board of Education (“Board”) of the Los Angeles Unified School District (“District”), which placed the Measure on the ballot by Resolution, to levy a qualified special tax (“Tax”) of $0.16 per square foot of improvements per year on each parcel of taxable real property which is wholly or partially within the District. If approved, the Tax will be levied annually beginning in the 2019/2020 fiscal year, and continue for a period of 12 years, according to the Los Angeles County Counsel.

Listen to John and Ken speak with Jon Coupal on why Measure EE passing is the worst thing that could happen.
