Woman Marries Her Dog On Live Television

We're not so sure how to react to this.

We all love our dogs, but at what point have we taken it too far?

Well a 49-year-old woman has decided to take things to the next level.

During a live television broadcast on a British daytime television show, Elizabeth Hoad decided to showcase her love for her golden retriever by tying the knot together.

Wait, what?

She married her dog. Okay then.

During the broadcast, the former model told viewers that because of previous struggle with love, including four previous engagements and over 200 dates, she knew she needed to stop dating.

"I've completely given up. Hand on heart, I've been on all those websites," Hoad told the program's hosts.

So that was it, no more men for Hoad.

But she found love in her dog, Logan.

Of course, she's been questioned on her "extreme" leap, but apparently this isn't the only woman who's giving up men for dogs apparently.

"It's not just me. I meet with ten other friends a week, we go on lots of trips with our dogs, and I'm not working at the moment, so my friends are like, 'Why don't you just marry him?'" Hoad said.

And that's exactly what she did.

There truly was an actual wedding ceremony. As Hoad walked down to Logan, there was a live rendition of Paul Anka's "Puppy Love".
