Report: Officers Who Shot Breonna Taylor Involved in Earlier Botched Raid

Body camera footage obtained by VICE News shows five of the Louisville police officers involved in the no-knock warrant killing of Breonna Taylor were part of another botched raid in 2018.

The newly-surfaced video shows the officers breaking down the door of a Louisville resident, deploying flash grenades in the home while officers screamed at the suspect's girlfriend and their crying children.

VICE News reports that no charges were ever filed against the suspect following the raid, but the incident spawned a lawsuit that's still unresolved.

Five of the officers seen in the clip -- Brett Hankison, Myles Cosgrove, Mike Campbell, Mike Nobles and Joshua Jaynes -- were also among the cops who broke down Taylor's door after obtaining a wrong address.
