Lori Loughlin has begun serving her two-month sentence in a Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin, Calif. The 56-year-old actress reported to prison on Friday for her role in the college admissions scandal.
Sources told US Weekly that Loughlin went into the prison with a strong mind but reality set in quickly and that she is a "wreck". Loughlin has to spend 14 days in solitary confinement due to Covid-19 concerns.
Loughlin was sentenced back in August, and will pay a $150,000 fine along with two years of supervised release and 100 hours of community service. Loughlin's fashion designer husband Mossimo Giannulli pleaded guilty to charges of making payments of $500,000 to William "Rick "Singer to fraudulently get their daughters Olivia Jade and Isabella Giannulli recruited into the University of Southern California's crew team.
Giannulli, meanwhile, will serve five months in prison, pay a $250,000 fine with two years of supervised release and 250 hours of community service.
