This week we bring you S'Moreology!
LA native Noelle Ramirez and her wife Amy first launched their pop-up dessert shop at Rooftop Cinemas in Downtown Los Angeles. As you can imagine their hand-crafted s'mores were an instant hit! S'Moreology is known for making their cookies and marshmallows by hand as well as their unique combinations that incorporate ducle de leche, toasted coconut, peanut butter and Nutella.
S'Moreology has been featured by Time Out Los Angeles, KTLA's morning news and in a Capital One commercial. They have also catered several weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and cooperate events for Netflix, CBS, FOX, NBC and Viacom.
