Royal Caribbean to Offer 9 Month-Long "World Cruise" to 150 Destinations

Cruise company Royal Caribbean has announced plans for what it calls the longest and most comprehensive world cruise ever.

The Serenade of the Seas would take passengers aboard for 274 nights and would visit all seven continents, including 65 countries and the 11 Great Wonders of the World.

Michael Bayley, president and CEO of Royal Caribbean International says that this venture is "the world cruise of world cruises."

"Now more than ever, people have resolved to travel the world and make up for lost time. Royal Caribbean is making that a reality with the ultimate vacation that welcomes those seeking adventure and exploration to taste, dance and dream with us around the world. To travelers asking themselves where they should go next, we say everywhere."

For those who want to undertake this massive trip, it is set from December 10, 2023-September 10, 2024 and will start at more than $60,000 per person.
