With a new year finally here, so are new laws that will be taking effect in 2022.
- Among them is a minimum wage hike in many states at $15 an hour.
- There is also the No Surprises Act, which puts an end to surprise medical bills from out-of-network providers.
- There is also a new law that extends the allowance of restaurants to sell to-go alcohol through 2026.
