It is that time of year again, and Michael Myers has returned home to sleepy Haddonfield, Ill., to take care of some unfinished family business. This is a mildly funny military fairy tale about a special force of guys who were trained to use their "psychic" powers to help us attain military objectives. It's all tongue in cheek - early on, the sentence "more of this is true than you will believe" appears to let you in on the joke.
