This week on the Fork Report, our special guest was Brock Kleweno Executive Chef of Yamashiro Restaurant in Hollywood, and chef/owner of the new hot spot, and source of Neil's favorite tacos, Komida.
We tasted the food in studio, and everything was delicious! Tacos, sliders, pickled mango, hand-made potato chips- all wonderful!
