1.  Medical report from Ophthamologist clearing Jay Cicinelli for duty at Fullerton PD following an injury sustained in the line of duty in the LAPD. Cicinelli lost the use of his left eye after being shot repeatedly by a gangbanger.

2.  Letter of Commendation from the Office of Orange County DA, Tony Rackaukus. The letter outlines Cicinelli's efforts in dealing with a bi-polar defendant.

3.  Form showing Cicinelli passed all required elements, including physical, to become reserve officer at Fullerton PD. Cicinelli would be a reserve officer, on probaltion, for 1 year before being hired as a fulltime officer.

4.  Commendation for handling of a man threatening to kill himself in front of family.

5.  Letter of commendation from Domestic Violence Advocates in the dealing of a schizophrenic, alcoholic woman.

6. Note of commendation for restraint in use of force incident from Fullerton PD.
