KFI AM 640 DEBUTS TWO WEEKEND SHOWS

April 3, 2012 – KFI AM 640, More Stimulating Talk Radio, today announced the addition of two weekend shows with a common theme but different hosts. The Morris O’Kelly and David Cruz shows will premiere on Saturday, April 7 and Sunday, April 8.

These two new programs will discuss, dissect and investigate the important, often controversial issues of the day through the eyes of an eclectic collection of Southern California residents, urbanites and suburbanites, young and old, across race, gender and the political spectrum.

The Morris O’Kelly and David Cruz shows will air live every Saturday and Sunday from 6-8PM on KFI AM 640.

Saturdays will be hosted by Morris O’Kelly (Mo’ Kelly) and Sundays will be hosted by KTLK AM 1150's David Cruz.

For each show, David and Mo’ will be joined by guests sharing insights, comparing ideas, and participating in smart, engaging talk on the issues of the day that will resonate with Southern Californians from the San Fernando Valley to San Diego.

Said Mr. Kelly, “I’ve wanted to do a show like this for a long time – dig into what Southern Californians think and why.  Opinions are as diverse as the population, and I think we’re going to shed light on issues that really matter.”

Said Mr. Cruz, “Every journalist has a list of people he wants to speak to – this new program gives me a great excuse to talk to everyone on my list.  It’s going to be an exciting and provocative show.”
