Spotted a panhandler as I got on the freeway on my way to work. He was holding a sign that read BEG OR STEAL SO I BEG.

Dude. Are you threatening to steal if we don't give you money? Not cool. I'm not ok with being threatened to give. I know he was just trying to be clever. But I'm left wondering, would he think the cops were clever if he was arrested for attempted theft?

I prefer the signs that say, NEED BEER or PEACE  .
