Police seek a driver believed to have intentionally struck a pedestrian Sunday before fleeing, authorities said.
Officers shortly after 1 p.m. Sunday responded to reports of a traffic accident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian near Orangethorpe Avenue and Campus Drive.
