Police announced the arrest of a man in connection with a bank robbery in East LA last week.
Ray Vega, a 33-year-old resident of Bell, Calif., was arrested last Thursday. Sources told the Los Angeles Times that Vega is an acquaintance of the bank manager who was kidnapped and forced to hand money over to her abductors.
