He spoke to Chris Cuomo of ABC's '20/20,' which airs on Friday night and will be timed with the release of his new book Silent No More: Victim 1′s Fight for Justice Against Jerry Sandusky.
Fisher was 11 when met Sandusky at his now infamous Second Mile summer camp, where the former PennState football coach singled him out and invited him to spend weekends at his home.
Sandusky became more aggressive, pulling Fisher out of high school classes, scaring him enough to hide in the school bathroom, and once even chasing him home from in his car as the teen tried to get away.
'That was where,' Victim 1 said, 'Sandusky took him to the basement and the fun and games turned to horror.'
'He once followed my bus home from school. He told me to get in the car. I took off running.
