The mother of "Modern Family” star Ariel Winter reportedly claims her famous 14-year-old daughter asked for a new guardian after the mom caught her in bed with an 18-year-old boyfriend.

Mom Chris Workman told Celebuzz.com that she didn’t approve of Winter’s sexed-up shenanigans and even reported the young man, a legal adult, to authorities.

Her Oct. 6 police report, obtained by Celebuzz, states that Workman found Winter in bed with the boyfriend around 10 p.m. on Sept. 24 inside her Montrose, Calif., home.
