Kate Middleton’s topless photos are making the rounds across the pond Saturday as they are now published in
Ireland and a magazine in Italy is planning to publish them next. The editor of the Closer, the magazine that first published Kate's topless pictures, claims to have more photos. These pictures that she didn't publish are even more "intimate" of Kate and William.

According to Fox News the legal threats from the royals are “no match” for the determined multinational media outlets. The editor that first published Kate's topless photos, Laurence Pieau, claims that she is in possession of other pictures that are even more intimate of Kate and William. She decided not to publish these pictures because they are so intimate. Now the royal couple has this hanging over their heads.

It has gotten to the point that the royals are going through the motions of legal action, but no one on the publishing end seems to care. As far as publishing Kate’s topless pictures, the publications stand to make a fortune due to these pictures. They will make much more money for publishing the pictures in comparison to what they might have to pay out in a lawsuit, according to E Online.
