In recent years, Lance Armstrong’s name has increasingly become stained and with the report released Wednesday – any chances of a comeback became extraordinarily slim.
The report runs more than 200 pages and penetrates the traditional code of silence in cycling. Containing sworn testimony from 26 people, the most damning comes from nearly a dozen of Armstrong’s former teammates – who admit to doping themselves, to knowledge that Armstrong was doping, and that the 7 time Tour de France winner, “required that they adhere to the doping program outlined for them or be replaced.
