Country singer Randy Travis has been peeled off a road and arrested for DWI in Texas.  More interestingly, he was DWN.

Officials say Travis was behind the wheel buck naked when he crashed his vehicle, wound up lying in the roadway and was taken into custody. 

Here's the uh-oh part: "Travis had a strong odor of alcoholic beverage on his breath and several signs of intoxication," according to a statement from the sheriff's office. "While Travis was being transported, Travis made threats to shoot and kill the troopers working the case."

Apparently Travis thought he had a gun.

Travis was released on $21,500 bond this morning and is facing felony "retaliation and obstruction" charges. He left the jail wearing a baseball cap and scrubs.  His feet were still naked, though, as he walked out of jail barefoot.
