Lawyers for 24 children who were the victims of alleged sexual abuse at Miramonte Elementary School in South Los Angeles say they have come up with a plan to protect students.
They will share that plan at a news conference Monday morning.
The lawyers say they have created a set of new policies and procedures they want at schools nationwide to protect children in classrooms from sexual abuse.
They have have filed civil lawsuits against the L.A. Unified School District alleging the district neglected warnings about the abuse.
