Foie Gras Ban To Go Into Effect Sunday

LOS ANGELES (KTLA) -- Foodies across California are scrambling to dine on foie gras -- a French delicacy that's drawn much ire from animal activists -- before a statewide ban goes into effect Sunday.

Foie gras, a savory pate made from goose or duck liver, will no longer be served in state restaurants or sold at grocery stores starting July 1.
