LOS ANGELES, Calif. (KTLA) -- Two groups campaigning against obesity rates in the United States predict that by 2030 more than 45 percent of Californians will be obese, if residents don't change their lifestyles.

The report was released Tuesday by two nonprofit public health advocacy groups -- Trust for America's Health and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
