Residents of Pasadena, La Canada/Flintridge, La Crescenta and Altadena are being urged to conserve water during an upcoming eight-day shutdown of the regional water line.

Beginning Thursday morning, Feb. 21, the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California will take its upper feeder out of service to make necessary around-the-clock upgrades.
