Market Monday with Rebecca Jarvis

ABC's Rebecca Jarvis joins us today for Market Monday, giving us all the updates on the stock market and business news.

Rebecca has a new episode of her show "No Limits" coming out tomorrow.  Rebecca Jarvis speaks with the world's most influential women about how they built their empires -- from their earliest mistakes to their riskiest decisions to the worst advice they ever received to the moments that finally changed everything. New episodes every Tuesday morning.

This week's guest is Bobbi Brown. Bobbi Brown is the original “How-To”. Her name and brand is synonymous with beauty and it all began when she launched her namesake beauty company in 1991. After four years the brand became so popular that Estee Lauder acquired it. Today Bobbi is everywhere – TV, magazines, online, radio and she can even add New York Times Bestseller to resume. Her ninth book “Beauty From the Inside Out” was just released and on this episode of No Limits Bobbi talks about deciding to become a makeup artist, creating her brand and the decision to leave her namesake company, the lessons she’s learned from over 20 years in the beauty and media industry and how she’s teaching women to find confidence.

Last week's guest was Kate Hudson.  Oscar-nominated actress turned businesswoman, Kate Hudson grew up in a family of artists and had a love of performing from a young age. After being accepted into New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts she convinced her parents, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, to defer for a year to travel and pursue acting. Shortly after she landed her breakout role as Penny Lane in Almost Famous, was nominated for an Academy Award and embarked on an impressive acting career. Hudson’s passion for fitness and supporting women led her to co-found Fabletics, a high-performance lifestyle brand, in 2013. The company has recently announced its expansion into extended sizes. On this episode Hudson talks growing up in Colorado, her career trajectory and bucket list acting roles as well as running Fabletics and her vision for the company’s future.
