Los Angeles Police Say Armed Robber Wears White Paper Mask

The LAPD is asking for the public's help in identifying an armed robber suspected of holding up at least six different businesses while wearing a white paper mask. 

Authorities say the robberies have occurred at restaurants and other establishments in Highland Park and Eagle Rock. 

Police say in each of the robberies, the suspect enters a business, and demands cash from the register. He is wearing a black hooded sweat shirt and white paper mask with holes for the eyes, nose and mouth. Witnesses say the mask resembles those used for cosmetic facials. 

The suspect flashes a small revolver that looks like a 'starter pistol' and demands money before fleeing in a silver Nissan Sentra or similar vehicle. The suspect is described as a male Hispanic man in his late twenties to early thirties, 5'5" tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds.
