FDA Says Some Romaine is Okay to Eat Again

Great news, veg heads!

The FDA says it's okay to eat romaine lettuce again.......... just make sure you check the label first.

On Monday, the FDA said it's safe to eat romaine harvested from Arizona, Florida, Mexico, or California's Imperial Valley.

That information should be written on the label - and if it's not labeled, the safe move is not to eat it.

About 65 people in the U.S. and Canada were sickened by E. coli tainted lettuce in recent weeks and most of that lettuce has been traced to the Central Coast region of California.
