Star Wars Fans are ready for the new film! They are so ready that many have already started lining up outside Hollywood's Chinese Theatre, more than a week before the movie officially premieres.

Don't worry about a thing because these fans know exactly what they are doing. Fans have brought sleeping bags and portable movie projectors. What are the movie projectors for? To catch up on all the Star Wars goodness! With ten feature length films and numerous television shows, they have more than enough content to keep them busy.

Organizers expect to see the number of people swell up in the coming days due to fans from all over the world travelling to see the movie first at the iconic venue where Star Wars Episode 4: A New Hope premiered in 1977.

This tight community of mega Star Wars fans started lining up together back in 1999's The Phantom Menace. Back then, they waited for 42 days on Hollywood Boulevard but for this film they've decided to take it easy. Mainly because this premiere takes place in the winter. In case you weren't aware, it gets pretty cold at night around this time of the year.

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker premieres next week on December 16 and will be released theatrically on December 20 in the United States.

Whether you're a fan or not, check out out the trailer below because it is epic and jam packed!
