Marley's Mutts, is a non-profit that works to shelter and care for Kern County's shelter animals.
Among their programs is Pawsitive Change, a program created to help in the rehabilitation of both animals and inmates in California prisons.
Founder of the program, Zach Skow, joined Jennifer this morning to discuss the work Marley's Mutts does and how successful Pawsitive Change has been for those it helps.
